(Senior) Sales Account Manager (m/f/x) – Enterprise Software

Permanent contract – Full time
Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)

Responsibilities 

  • Driving our market expansion in Belgium
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing - Focus: Acquisition of new customers
  • Approaching C-level decision makers by phone with a strong course of action
  • You are a process leader in your sales approach and expert on Workforce Management
  • You take potential clients from process analysis, to presenting the return on investment of the business case, and you are able to create the added value (sales cycle between 1-1,5 years)

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of solution sales experience with evidence of results
  • Enthusiasm for digitalisation and willingness to travel
  • Very good Dutch/French/English 
  • You know how to win trust by acting as an advisor
  • A completed university education

  • Responsabilité de l'ensemble du processus de vente: de la génération de prospects à la signature du contrat - Focus : Acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Approcher les décideurs C-Level avec une approche forte et convaincante
  • Vous êtes un leader dans votre approche de vente et un expert en Workforce Management, Planification et GTA
  • Vous développez les clients à partir d'une analyse des processus, vous présentez le retour sur investissement du business case et vous êtes capables de créer et démontrer la valeur ajoutée

Vos compétences

  • 3-7 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions avec des preuves de résultats
  • Excellent français et très bon anglais 
  • Vous savez comment gagner la confiance en agissant comme un expert
  • Formation après BAC complète
  • Enthousiasme pour la digitalisation et volonté de voyager
